In 2007 Marlowe began interviewing and photographing bands for the small time online magazine she founded. The aim being to make her work known and the work of artists and musicians she was fond of. She travelled frequently encountering many a wolf, toad and dog, unsuitable for a girl of 16.
The next year in New York she met Aaron Bondaroff who made the mistake of letting her use his printer/copier to make the first issue of Hedonism Marlowe's first zine. By early 2009, Marlowe moved on from her online magazine, closing with a collection of in depth interviews with artists around the world and a prolific photo diary. She had lost interest in her photography which had begun to feel postured and stagnant and put it aside to focus on bringing light to new artists and photographers. She founded Petite--Anarchy where she chose a handful of artists and curated their portfolios to create a sort of online gallery.
After being a teenage stowaway for a couple years, Marlowe moved to London in late 2009, where she still resides. Her work ethic has since matured into a quiet and steady pace, only developing projects that are specifically very personal and significant to her.

Currently, she is working on:
writing in her diary
becoming a good person
being less socially anxious.

Her first photobook, I Am No Longer Alaska has been published by RVCA & ANP
